Our YMCA Core Service Communication System was designed with the member in mind. All of the information is organized in an ultra user-friendly way. With just a few clicks members can see which classes are offered at their branch or throughout the Association. The site is also W3C compliant, which means those with disabilities can still easily navigate through it and find the information they need.

Go Green with an online program schedule that can be updated 24 hours a day. There is no longer any need to print costly program guides or thousands of Fitness, Pool, Gym, or Sports Schedules; all of which can easily be found through the Member Info Button. And, through the Program Schedule, CSTWO can link directly to any online registration software. Members can quickly and easily search for any Class your Y offers online. We can then deep link that class to your online registration system.

CodeS is the Consumer Oriented Drill Down electronic Strategy. It is the process by which the Y, with the help of the idea house, organizes all of their classes/
programs to fit into the CSTWO association-wide system of Categories and Classes.
Our system is compliant with the YUSA standards.

PeaShooter is the Administrative side of CSTWO and consists of ConMan and eTOPS. In PeaShooter you will also be able to set Alert Messages to inform all your members of emergency situations, use maps to show where all of your Child Care centers are located, and provide information about each. The top administrators can also control which members of your staff have access to which parts of the site.

ConMan is our Content Management system offering the writer an easy-to-use editor which also has a lot of capabilities. Enter text content, images, links, PDFs, etc. Our system has a large library where images and PDFs can be stored.

One of the most powerful, copyrighted features of CSTWO is the electronic True Online Program Schedule. It is quick and easy to use and can be updated as often as needed as classes and schedules change. All Classes and Class Times, or Sessions, are completely controlled by the Y. Past sessions are kept in the database history for future reference and re-use. eTOPS is also exceptionally easy for the consumer to navigate and can be linked to any online registration system.

The Y on the go! In the era of Smart Phones and Tablets, information needs to be readily available and designed for different screen resolutions. We have optimized CSTWO to make it easy to read and use on smaller, portable screens. The system is smart enough to deliver the user to the site best-suited to their screen size, so whether on a phone or computer, the web address is the same. Phone numbers and email addresses are programmed in so that contact with your Y is just a click away.
